A Sleepless Night

After a long, chaotic night pierced by little Elisa's cries, we arrive at the story's climax, and it is delightfully unexpected and irreverent: grandma arrives and knows just what to do, bicycling Elisa's legs until she lets out a colossal fart. I don't know a single child who won't relish this event and it's extravagant description. The illustrations are funny and surreal, and each stroke of marker is visible, adding a texture to the drawings that I love.
